    Most of the time people will have leaks before 60k. Rears without roost guards normally have nicked up shafts needing replacement as well.

    thanks, that is good to know. appreciate you sharing some experience. i'll be watching for these things. i was at one point considering going up to the 2.5's, just taking the opportunity to upgrade while i have the parts off the truck (since it's my DD). not necessary for me, but still considering it.
