You need to qualify what you mean by "best".
"Best" means different things to different people... what specific attributes are you looking to improve/change by flashing your ECU?
Do you want better acceleration? Better gas mileage? Improved towing? More stable shift points? Least expensive?

Same goes for people who ask "is xxxxx worth it?"

When you ask a vague question, you'll get a vague response. And the response will rarely contain the information you actually need.
