Ok folks, I need info and advice on the front suspension of my 02 v6 4wd double cab. Please!

    Front:
Rancho 9100 xl quick lift struts providing 1.75" of lift.
    Stock everything else.
    Rear:
    1.5" aal
Bilstein Heavy Duty shocks. (Awesome for pulling trailers!)
When I installed these components I also replaced all 4 ball joints.
Note: I didn't install a front diff drop.

Since then, there has been significant rattling and banging coming from the front of my truck. This noise is most noticeable over sharp bumps and small asphalt seams in the road.
Also, I engaged the 4wd a few days ago to get out of my yard after a flood. Engaging 4wd was not an issue, however, while moving in 4wd i heard and felt a solid thud. I immediately tried to disengage 4wd but it wouldnt respond. I fiddled with the shifter for a coue of minutes and it finally disengaged.

Should i install a front diff drop? Would that help what im assuming is a cv axle misalignment?

Im considering installing adjustable UCAs and LCAs in hopes that it will solve the noise problem and provide a better ride quality.
