Looking for the part# I jacked up with my seal puller..
Also wondering what a dealer will charge to replace it.
Looks like it could be a simple diy too but i dont want to screw anything else up..
This is why my output shaft seal keeps leaking:frusty:

Very hard to tell from that photo which output shaft/seal you are talking about. Do you have any other images to share that aren't quite as zoomed in? Or can you describe where this output shaft is located and where it connects to?

Not sure if this link will work, but if it does you may be able to see an exploded diagram and related parts:

Or maybe the diagram below will help?

From your post history, that's the transmission extension housing, $700 MSRP, ~$480 online: https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/oem/toyota~housing~sub~assy~extension~atm~35180-04010.html (Just an example, I've never purchased from the site.)

It comes with front and rear seals.

Given the amount of work required to replace the extension housing, I would try the following first:
    1. Plug the hole with plastic bags to avoid debris going into the transmission
    2. Fill the larger gouges with JB Weld
    3. Let JB Weld cure
    4. Sand bore smooth with a flap wheel
    5. Clean out all the debris and spray down with brake cleaner
    6. Remove the plastic bags
    7. Install a new shaft seal with a thin coat of sealant on the OD
    8. Let sealant cure
    9. Install driveshaft, top up ATF
