Hello, I want to lift my 06 tacoma but don't know what to get. I want it like 4 inches higher but want a smooth ride. Some lifts are stiff and I don't want that. Comment on what I should get.

Try doing your own research. There is a sticky in the suspension forum full of info. Your money, your truck, you.are the only one who knows what is right.

Well, the most popular on here is a simple 3" suspension lift. OME and Bilstein/Eibach are the most popular. YOu simply replace the front shocks and springs and AAL to the rear. I'd say 90% of the people on here with a lift went that route. The best part is that it's only around $500 to do. If you don't want to do that, your next-best bet would be a Fabtech or Procomp 3" or 6" lift, which is around $2000

I have the Bilstein/Eibach's in the front and an AAL in the rear and love it.

Also, use the search function; this question has been asked hundreds of times

Toytec Coilovers, Total Chaos uca's, Wheelers aal+Bilstein 5160's. 285/70/17's, Method Double Standards. Magnaflow exhaust, GrilleCraft grille, Allpro bumper, diff breather relocate, yellow wire mod, oil catch can, weathertechs.
In my opinion, the 6" lifts for these trucks are kinda overkill and mostly for just looks and mall crawlers, not to say that some don't put them to use. A good 3" lift should give you what you need and want. Do a search on here. The general consensus i believe, will be to stay away from cheap spacers and blocks, as all they do is just wear out components faster, ride rough and suck off-road. Many different options from just Bilstein 5100's up front, all the way to Fox/King full suspensions that will run you into the thou$ands. Remember, you bought a nice truck, don't put cheap parts on it. Good luck.
