Added two transmission coolers for my towing needs. Now the temp. just bounces between 185 - 186 degrees which tells me where the thermostat is set at. If I open the thermostat manually - I stay at 140 - 160 degrees.

Smart move thinking about the SR5 over the Sport. Unless you dont mind paying a few thousand dollars for a fake hood scoop.

KD Max tune has been the most fun so far. The sub makes life easier for listening to music.

I just want it gone, because the button is a stupid size. I’m pretty sure if the feature was locked on, I’d be ok. I haven’t forgotten to push in the clutch in a couple decades. The starter is actually made to take a little more abuse. It’s how some of our trucks become a hybrid :anonymous:

Did these work out good? Because I just picked them up on Amazon based on your post. Going to install them on the inside of the bed since we sleep in there from time to time..

How do those mount exactly? Some just go in the cigarette lighter

Of what I saw online you just drill a hole based on the size of the threads and you can install it anywhere they also make little brackets that you can cut a square out and then put it in the bracket and see the screw the bracket in place. It has like a tightening down ring on it.. I have a wood platform in the bed of my truck but I’m thinking about putting it through the word right up against the edge so that when we sleep in our camper shell we have a location to charge phones. It does have to be wired in. Once I finish it I’ll post pictures

#1 was a Prinsu rack (or any other) that holds an RTT-that was the 2nd best thing I got for the truck and it is now fully 110% wifey and kiddo approved even though she said “do we really need it?” with that look she does :angrygirl:at first when she knew how much I wanted to spend before I got it and before our first trip with it. Now they want to go camping even a lot more than before- go figure!

I actually remember reading there is less stress on the throwout bearing when you start it in neutral without the clutch pushed in. Sounds logical to me but I have no proof to back it up. Somewhere someone must have started the car and it went through the garage door into the kitchen and the legal teams decided to install clutch interlock switches. Used to not be that way at all. I just had the interlock switch fail on my 'waiting for Tacoma beater' (99 Civic) and just bypassed it. No issue with the Civic-not sure if this is possible with the Tacoma.

I still think the water tanks the best yet but a close second is this new awning.

Works great when doing yards for folks. 20210906_161259.jpg

    1. KD Max tune. Acceleration is on a whole other level now.
    2. Chalk bag hydro flask holder. Doesn’t sound like much unless you carry one with you everywhere you go and have no where to put it. Decreased anxiety a ton (first world problems).
    3. Tinted the front windows to match the factory rear ones. Sunny CA is just that…sunny…ALL the time. We don’t experience winter here, just wild land fires and liberals (SoCal problems).3B5A5D21-B511-4AD6-A75A-28E7DF53EF6C.jpg3F6E8B98-0CAB-4011-8F35-86F77DFE54FD.jpg
