    Suspension upgrade...Made an incredible difference.

8112 with 650# springs up front
and 8100 with Icon RXT stage 1 leafs in the rear.

Feels like a $100K truck now, but just does not accelerate like one.

Speed humps BEWARE! I'm quiet jealous honestly. Great choice on parts.

I vote on the suspension upgrade on my TRD OR. I went with a TRD Pro suspension and added Eibach’s newly released springs for additional lift. Finished with an Icon AAL and 33s. The result is a totally transformed truck in regards to ride quality and aesthetics.

The organizer for the glove box and the center console because things were just awkward without those!

These are close second placers: Tri fold bed cover, neoprene seat covers for all the sweat and chlorine, side steps (especially useful for my parents) paired with the grab handles that go by the headrests

Actually the truck itself was the best upgrade :rofl::rofl: my wife and I have a running joke that I bought the truck so I could bring my bike anywhere without having to fold the seats and fit the bike in the trunk in our car LOLOL

For me it was the tacomods.com radio knobs. I ordered them before I left the dealership when I found out my 2018 knobs weren't compatible with the 2020 radio. It's odd really how much those knobs annoyed me.

I'm hoping to be the cap, just picked it up yesterday. An Evo A, now I need to find the tine to put it together.
We love camping and fishing and the OEM tonneau cover on 5' bed didn't allow us to bring enough gear. A few times I had to walk on top of it so it would latch, It didn't get damaged. I ended up selling it to a guy now I'm friend with. So yeah, just so happened that it's also the most expensive mod...at $5500 Canuck hard earned funny money!...and had to wait 5 months...

I was finally able to figure out how to stream downloads from my Amazon prime music collection, To my non JBL entune for non interrupted playback in the outback. 12 hours of songs in one collection.

Having a upholstery shop rip out the red shit and replacing it with material that matched the rest of the interior...a week after driving it off the lot.

Thought it might grow on me, but not a chance.

yea, I tried that in other vehicles, very easy to run into copy right protection Bullshit even though you own the CD, but the media source has changed.. I also had trouble with the file hierarchy, in which it was difficult to sort and find specific discs and specific songs without a long lengthy roadside stop.
Perhaps things have changed since then, and in this case, the availability of downloads with just an Amazon prime membership is much cheaper than any CD collection.

some claim they got that to work using the Toyota entune system I believe, I have yet to discover it on my 2019, unless it’s a “pay to play”item hidden in some dark corner…
