All the ones I listed are just anime that's been on TV here in the US. So you can find it in english if you don't want to read the sub titles. A lot of times they do change the story a bit with the english versions

 

Idk... I don't really care for anime... One of my girlfriends is from Singapore so whenever go to her apartment we watch anime for a bit. That is the only time I watch anime is at her place.

No, just kiddin. For the week in MOAB Adam taped DERP on the side with painters tape and my buddy aleks wrote MOAB? on the tailgate. It was pretty funny the whole week. I got my self a nick name from that too. A bunch of people just started calling me Derp. I would be by our camp and all i hear from the camp fire is some drunk guys yelling "DERP!!!! DERP where are you!!? Get back here" The pic for my avatar is the dirt outline when i pulled the tape off.

Same here. I stopped watching "anime" when they stopped calling it "Speed Racer."

 

Ghost in the shell is very heavily about computers becoming self aware and the political bureaucracy that goes with it. The Wings of Honiamise is about a race to space (think America versus the Soviets) mixed with a space pilot coming to grips with religion. Definitely not cartoons.

There are alot of really good anime series ( and many of them are FAR from being suitable for kids). The Cartoon Network runs adult swim and plays a few of them. I've got Evangelion,Trigun,Princess Mononoke,Naussica in the Valley of the Wind,Blood+,Vampire Hunter D,Hellsing,Full Metal Alchemist,Cowboy Bebop. All good series or individual movies.

I don't have to time or means to do a study. If there was a study done, I think the results would be shocking. There HAS to be a correlation between anime viewers and childen being violated.
