My wife and her dad are both bee keepers, back in AC and also here in KY. I keep my distance. Thankfully they have each other to help when one of them needs a hand with something.

 

A little off topic, but a true story, knew a guy that worked at the Budweiser plant, I think it was Eugene OR. On the first day the foreman was showing him around with another employee, they were walking by one of the vats. Foreman stops, drops zipper, and whizzes into the vat, guy I knew was like "WTF?" Foreman grins and says "don't feel bad, at least we KNOW what goes in our beer."

I'm wary of anything that I haven't prepped myself, don't eat fast food/go to restaurants, and I don't drink anything out of a can LOL

 

Camping trip, 1971. Drinking a Pepsi with a straw, saw something (an ant) in the bottom just as the last bit of suction found it. Zot, gulp, gone! Dad had to stop the car he was laughing so hard. Could still bring tears to his eyes years later in the telling. I thought not so funny.
