What is this bone?

I'll bet that pig was eaten by a shark or simply drowned.

 

Ah shit, didn’t even read that it was on the ocean.

Still could be though I guess.

 

My bet is a California sea lion skull piece

 

Sea lion or whale vertebrae from near the tail end

 

I dont know the what it is specifically but its a vertebrate, maybe its a hip joint where it pivots on the spine.

 

It’s the sacral bone from a seal. Duh!

 

These lobes are why I was thinking its a skull of something. this is a juvenile coyote skull.

 

Just so happens last week was taxidermy week. 2 deer and a cougar from last couple years.

 

The tusk thingy trips me out... I'll take a picture of the 'bottom' tomorrow. Also the lack of any teeth sockets....
