    Yes of course it does and if you read the post that I referenced, out of the many mirror options, the ones with temp display comes with the probe that connects to the front of the truck! A very easy install.

    DougsGraphics also answered - the weather comes from the entune app on your android or iPhone. You can pull up the weather on the head unit by hitting the "apps" button on the head unit - there you can display the weather. You can also configure the "home" button on the head unit to display the weather too. So, there is no real time temperature reading that the head unit is pulling from a probe on the vehicle - it is using your cell to get the data

    I am going to look more into this home link mirror 'cause I would love to have the home link and if possible the temp reading there too, but that isn't as critical
