Picture is looking up at the driver side firewall with the little black box that is zip tied to a cable up there.
I thought it went to the supercharger, but I had the supercharger swapped from the 2010 to the 2015 and the little box is still on the 2010.
It has 3 leads coming out of it. A black wire that is grounded to the fender, a red wire that is taped with and crosses the firewall over to the bundle of wires that go down inside the passenger side footwell, and a white wire that goes through the grommet in the firewall under the steering wheel. That white wire went up into my aeroforce gauges, which I cut that white wire 2010 Tacoma 011.jpg to swap them over to my 2015 as well, and I wondered if it was in there to provide a signal for showing boost on the gauges, though I never had that working on the 2010.

Trying to decide if it should be removed from the 2010 before I sell it and if it's needed on the 2015 that now has the trd blower???

Is there any branding or part numbers on it or anything?

My guess is it would be for one of your gauges.
Off topic, but what did you do with the ecu from your 2010 with the trd flash? If youre a 6 speed manual, i would be interested.

Sorry, it was an auto, but I do have it with the sc flash. After looking at it closer I'm sure it was tied in with the gauges and the sc. There is a small hose coming out of it that goes right over to where the sc was, which I'm guessing would have been used for a boost gauge?

Well at least this post got me off my butt to actually look at it better, and yep, it is for the gauges. I think it came with the aeroforce gauges. I've got it transferred over to the 2015 TRD Pro. Now I've got to go read up on how to make it show boost on the gauges. Thanks all for your replies!!!
