What is this part and can i buy one that is black?

What's this part #? I want to replace it with a black one for more HP and speed.

I don't know the official name but you can get a replacement in black steel. I think that would give you less hp and speed tho...

part number for the black lower valance panel is #53911-AK010, which will run you about $300 for that piece of plastic...
you're better off using plastidip or trading with another owner, i'm sure it will be easy to find someone

I feel like they made that part silver intentionally. Its just begging to be replaced with a nice bumper.

 

Most things from the factory are intentional....
