    uh-oh. that looks like the bottom of the turboencabulator

    better get it re-installed before it over-volts your flux capacitor and sends you straight to the 6th dimension!

    Reserected from the dead.
    Near the door hinges, at the bottom of the door. Between the door jamb and the door. Compare to the passenger side to see if you are missing that piece.
