What is this rusted out out piece under my Tacoma?

    Stock. EZ pass.Dump pass.Inspection sticker.Convict printed lic.plates.FG cap.
    Degrease before Coroseal
    I use Rust-Oleum black farm paint
    Fluid Film entire undercarriage except exhaust and brakes.
    You can shoot Coroseal inside box frame sections and Fluid Film after it dries using undercoating gun and 360° wand extension. IMG_20191008_145233266.jpg
    A quart of Rust-Oleum goes a long way using cheap toss away Chip Brushes.
    Not a rattle can job.
