What is this wire that someone cut??

Same here. Luckily the threads on the welded nuts weren't boogered to much. I bought and used new bolts from the dealer. Tried using the "same" bolts from Lowes but there is a difference in the threads and it took too much effort to get them tight. The dealer bolts will thread right in using only my fingers, if everything is correctly aligned.
