    Its definitely something aftermarket, looks like something from an air compressor that wasinstalled.

    Clip the zip-ties and and unwrap the heat shield material. Maybe there is stuff printed on it.

    Whatever it is, it's anodized, so it must add HP, 20 minimum.

    Zip-ties add that "custom" look.

    I'm thinking a gas-confibulator.

    inline fuel filter is my guess..gotta add at least 50 hp. if u remove it, it'll reduce hp so 3 so be caureful....
