    You are correct, same from '09-'12...the inverter is in the console area. The wires that go to the actual inverter is whats under the front passenger seat. The wires from the plug outlet in the bed come into the cab from underneath through a hole in the floor and connect to the wiring harness I mentioned in my earlier post.The other end of this wiring harness then plugs into the inverter located under the console. Sorry for the confusion.

    Ahh thank you. No wonder I don't have it. :p

    Well it ends up that without a lot of work and expense I won't be doing the inverter thing. I need to have certain things on my truck that I don't. Oh well. :(

    Special thanks to Toyota Tech31 for doing some research for me this morning and getting back to me right away. That was very sweet of you to take time out of your day for me. :)

    Goodyear Duratracs, TRD cat-back exhaust, bed tool box, bed extender.
    I've powered a guitar amp off my truck. Worked great.

    But when I tried to use an actual power tool (reciprocating saw) it kept popping the breaker. I was pretty disappointed. Haven't even bothered to see if a skilsaw will work.
