    Mine are almost 3 years old. Maybe there was a change at some point.

    Mine are holding up well. I really like them. I wired them up to be hot all the time. That way I can determine when they need to be on.

    Had an old 4Runner/RAV4 OE switch from 20 years ago that I never used. So I just used it.
