what is the longest lasting wiper that yall have used. i bought a set of bosch, but they have only lasted about 6 months. they dont clear very well in the rain. they were the higher cost so i figured that they would last a long time. and also has anybody put in the sylvania zxe in the taco. i had them in a ranger and they made a big difference.

    None atm.
I put a set of Rain X Latitudes on one of our patrol cars today, they felt almost flimsy. They cleaned great though, not sure how long they last. I have always used OEM blades and change them once a year.

I got the truck from my brother and the wiper blades on there streaked a little. I had no idea what they were or how old they were. I bought some Bosch Icons and installed them. Realized that the ones that were on there were Icons too, which was a coincidence.

We'll see how long they last. They are performing very very well right now (obviously...less than 2 weeks old).

I have tried the Bosch, and they wiped great for about 6 months, then they started streaking. They are really expensive.

My dad suggested I try the Goodyear blades you can get at Costco, so I did ($7 each compared to $19 for the Bosch) and I've had them for a year and they still work like new.

My one complaint about the Costco blades is that the point where they connect to the wiper arm looks crappy - like it's unfinished. The Bosch had a little cap that closed over the top and it looks really clean and high quality.

A guy at a local shop told me to use ANCO, that they are the gold standard and the only blade they'll install for customers now because they got so many complaints on the RainX and others. I'll try those next...

Changed to bosch from oem about 5-6 months ago. Still doing a great job and we've had a lot of rain recently.

I like the oem blades. Just replace the rubber as needed. I like them so much that I bought oem Toyota blades for my Prelude. haha

I used some Duralast Flex blades on there now. Have had them since March, they were pretty cheap, and work great. I have tried just about every kind. So far these are my favorite!!

use to run bosch icons until they got cheap, use to last a lot longer. like the rain x now, lasting longer than the current bosch, still have a couple more months on the old ones before they turned to shit. and i ran them on 3 diff vehicles so its not like it was just the taco

OEM's have been good. Seems like have tried a lot of those that people mentioned above and not had memorable good luck..... but several poor performers.
