Our 2007 Tacoma is the primary vehicle and the one I drive most of the time. We also have a Honda Fit that is my wife's primary vehicle and the one we use when we want 40 mpg. It is great for running around town or shorter trips of 100 miles or less. Not so comfortable on longer trips or if more space is needed.

I bought the Wrangler 2 years ago just as a toy and to drive occasionally. It is nice to own 2 4X4's when it snows and to be able to take the top off in the summer

Reaaaaaly feeling the sportscar itch now that the truck is basically paid off. Been a Mustang guy since forever. Loving the WRX as well but I'm in my early 30s and I feel almost too old for a WRX...maybe a C6 vette? Would go for a used BMW 335i but I want something either really reliable or really cheap to fix. Used bimmrs are neither.

Turbo Sonata is the sportiest thing we own at the moment.

I'd find a WRX  but I'm a bit biased. I've seen/talked to quite a few owners just as old if not older than you with some nice Subarus. Although, if I had money for one id kill for a Vette.

family hauler is a 13 SE Sienna but i also have my 2014 R1 for when they shut down the bart train systems and everyone is forced to drive (which has happened before on numerous occasions) across the bridges to get to work or home. an MC is the only way to go because traffic is NUTS! thank god for lanesharing in CA

    135i in manual of course.

I've never driven one but have heard great things. I'd own one if I was older, trying to get all the stupid cars out of the way first while I'm young lol.

Test drove an STI this week. Just couldn't quite pull the trigger. Wanted more for the 3 yr old STI than a new WRX. Maybe I'll just float a no-truck-payment life for a while. When you think about how 2 truck payments will pay for a nice lift, you start thinking about lots of fun ways to spent that $$.

The day we bought Wifey's 12 Lexus IS250. We keep it in the Toyota family.

Any love for mazdas here? Never owned one or know anyone in my family that has ownes one. I put a deposit on a 2010 Mazda3 sedan for the wife when she gets her license and gets a job, until then it will be my DD to save on gas.

Dealer I got it from just got it in and hasn't had a chance to fix the ABS sensor so told me to pick it up when its fixed. Also wanted to put two new tires on it since the passenger side tires were different and needed changing. Driver side tires were new and the same; just don't know why they didn't put driverside rear wheel on the passenger right.

Was looking for a car for 5 hours last Friday and 3 on Saturday before finding the Mazda. Even after making a spreadsheet of cars listed as inventory online of local dealers and making calls the list of dealers didn't have any of those cars listed online. Tried to get a Toyota Yaris from the dealership and they told me to come by to look that morning but when I got there they said it was in the body shop because someone hit it moving vehicles. Kind of mad about that because I wanted a Toyota for the wife and that was the only one within our budget. I'm kind of guessing it was an excuse... Really didn't want to settle for the 2000 Chevy prism that was only a third our budget and only 126k. But that Chevy was probably the only closest car to a Toyota within my budget in my area with a clean title which was amazing. Looked at a corolla from a shady dealer that had different miles on the odometer than on autocheck. Like 70k+ less miles difference. Decided against it eventhough it was a loaded corolla S.

Is it as hard as I found to find a 96 or newer Toyota 4 cylinder A/T sedan around 150k miles for $6,000 or less out the door?

What's left of a former drift missile 88 Volvo 740 turbo. 22psi of boost with a Dana 30 locker at the back and a 4 speed with electronic overdrive. Sadly that's not really relevant anymore, because the car had a nice surprise when I tore up the carpet to put a hydro handbrake in it as you can see. On the fence on pulling the drivetrain, exhaust, and cage out of it and scrapping the body. Or trying to have it repaired as is...

Drift missile? Buy some sheet steel and patch it up.

It's patched with sheet metal now, problem is that being a unibody it flexes like crazy because the frame isn't attached to anything. I need it be road legal too, which is the biggest issue.

Yeah that makes sense. That floor is pretty far gone. I hate rust.
