I don’t know. I haven’t driven a 3rd gen 2.7, but have driven 1st and 2nd gens. Both stick. I could definitely feel the difference with the 6. I had to rev the 4 a lot more to get it up to speed. I’m not young and I don’t hot rod around town (I’m too cheap for that!). But difference was certainly noticeable. Difference is more apparent when towing as well.

I certainly do appreciate the 4 though. It’s a work horse. Powerhouse it is not, but will get you there every time.

 

You know what... don’t let a discount or lack of one influence your decision. If you get a good one, cool. If not, buy it anyway. If you have the last cheeseburger on earth, I wouldn’t care if you gave me a discount or marked it up a dollar, you would still get my money and i would still get that burger.
