what kind of oil to use for my 05 tacoma

hey everyone, today is my first day in the tacoma world, i just bought an 05 tacoma and im wondering what kind of oil is the best to use for when i change the oil. im pretty sure its the new 4.0 v6

 

if you want to bump up your oil, i would Rec synthetics i use AMS oil XL extended life, its a little pricey but the oil change interval is 7500-10000, i use a wix filter 50516, and if you get 100% signature series which can go for 15,000-25000, when changing from factory oil to AMS oil i noticed better drive quality and little bit better on fuel economy
