What kind of sports car should i get?

    First, you have to define what you mean by sports car. As you can see by many of the suggestions-- they don't fit the "traditional" definition of "sports car". As it were:"A sports car is a small, usually two seat automobile designed for high speed driving and maneuverability." To some, literally anything with two doors that isn't a truck is a "sports car". To others, there are four door sports cars. Few really care what you call 'em though.

    If you just want a car to play around with, just about anything with a little power and handling will do. All the suggestions are fine. I'd stick to RWD and the king of the modern crop is the MX5, at least following a more purist definition of sports car.

    It boils down to a car you are comfortable with that has good tires, good brakes and isn't a money pit.

    (FWIW, In my experience, all "sports cars" are money pits :) )

    I've had plenty of fast cars, none of them compare to the sensation that even the slowest motorcycle brings.
