    Hey guys,

Just bought a new 2014 tacoma and was wondering what type I have. I was assuming its a "base" model but it has a lot of stuff I don't find base at all.

To begin with, it has the convenience package, tint, cruise control, 4x4, 4 door, v6 and power windows/locks, automatic, and towing package.

What type of tacoma do I have?

Also, does it have any other features like a rear diff lock since its a 4x4? Im not a huge car geek so I don't know how to tell if it does.

Any cool advice on my truck would be great!:)

It doesn't have a electrical outlet. Also, if my truck doesn't have painted fenders and is just black plastic is it still possible for it to be an SR5?

You bought a new truck and you don't know what the hell you bought?

Wait a minute...don't tell me....you bought it for the color. Ever hear of doing some basic vehicle research before handing over $25-30K?

Love those wheels! I love that the fenders aren't color matched. The silver and black is sick

the dude asked for what his truck is, no need to insult people!

but from what it sounds like, it's a double cab shortbed with SR5 + convenience package

random thought: remember when the sr5 package used to actually mean something? i miss all the fancy decals you'd get on toyotas

I thought the SR 5 had the chrome grill surround.

I'm honestly not trying to be a dick, but doesn't the window sticker say the trim model? I don't feel like going out to my truck to see if mine did haha

Not sure of the model but to me the color match on the grill surround looks different. Maybe it was chrome & painted over....anybody?
