green rain-x fluid in summer, orange rain-x in the winter w/ bosch icon blades. dont believe the bad reviews of the icons, they're the best blades you can buy. people that have bad experiences with icons probably bought the wrong ones. they a's and b's and you cant mix them.

Green Peak in the summer, and pink Peak or pink rain-x during the winter. Normally it's whatever the local Wally-World has a big display of.

At Lowes we sell some stuff called slug-a-bug, it's cheap, like less than $2 a gallon I think. It works awesome, never streaks and gets almost everything off the windshield. It's cheap and in my department at work, been using it for two years now. Great stuff.

I use whatever is cheap and rated for below freezing temperatures. Below about 10 degrees though, my washer nozzles are frozen solid and they're pretty useless.

My biggest issue is my wipers themselves. I have used a bunch of different blades...OEM, Bosch, Michelin, and now Rain-X, and they all suck at the upper part of the blade, especially with snow/ice/slush. I'm thinking it's an issue with the force not being enough at the end of the blade, but every time I go up in the mountains, my windshield get partially frozen over because the damn wipers won't clear it off at the outside edge of the blades. I have this one spot on my passenger side that is impossible to get clean. It's like the wiper goes right over the windshield.

The yellow rain-x is the best shit I've used. When the spray shit from other vehicles gets on my windshield the wipers clear the shit without having to spray. The water beads and bug shit disappears. It's good shit. Wife uses the blue shit and she uses at least 3 times as much as I do. I should know. I'm the one who has to put the shit in her car.
