I once again fall to your guys expertise in this matter.

I've been looking into different lifts, and I have come to a stand still. Should I go with a 3" OME lift and 265/75/16? (I hear that is the biggest tire you can fit, is that true? I would love to get the biggest tires I can fit in there, but I don't want to do to much trimming).

Or just do Billies all around, with 265's. I know there is quite a difference between the two. But I want to just beef my truck up a little. If I can only fit 265's with the 3" lift, would the tires look to small?

What have you all got? Thanks!

You can fit 285's with minimal trimming with a full 3" OME. 265's look good with a 2.5" lift which you can do by 5100's or OME. Depends on what you want to do with it and how much you have to spend.

There are a bunch of threads on the differences and tire sizes for these lifts. Just keep reading and searching and you will find an answer to everything! Haha

Ik from experience that with 285/65/18 you will have to trim a little. With 265/75/16 you shouldn't need a lift at all. If you are set on the billies i think it will give your truck a much smoother ride and the aggressive look you are going for. You can search around here for 265 with 3 inch lift on them. There is a really good thread somewhere on here.

How much do you want it lifted and how much money do you want to spend?

3 inches and you will probably want new UCAs to get the alignment right. 1.6 inches, go for eibachs. Billies only and you can set at .85, 1.75. and 2.5. The higher you set with the stock springs, the rougher the ride.
Tons of reading around the forum. You can also check out the suspension forum.
