More than I can shake a stick at...
I bought this truck in September as a daily driver. I have searched TW and other sites for a couple of hours and can't seem to find anything like it. The suspension looks cheap and rides that way as well. Any help is greatly appreciated as well as upgrade/replacement suggestions. I am convinced that the number of TW members who love their OME lifts can't be wrong, but I want/need 3" inches of lift to avoid the need for smaller tires. The best option I have found so far is the All-Pro Billie coil over's and the 3" Expedition springs. Any opinions are welcome and appreciated. I take it off road a couple times a week (nothing extreme) and pull a trailer every now and then. I'm not sure but it looks like the previous owner has done the cutting to fit the 305/70/R16's. My knowledge is poor in this area and I look forward to some informative replies.

Anything other than constructive comments should be placed into a new thread titled "I don't have anything better to do".

Looks like a spacer lift in the front. Not sure that that other piece is. rear looks like blocks.

AP Expo leafs will lift your rear about 4in I believe. I was looking at them before also. was told they are better for trucks that carry a constant load. I believe the standard packs is a 3in lift. I am planning to upgrade to those sometime in the future.

OME will get you 3in in the front if you run the additional trim packers they have. Lot of people run the dakars, with the OME AAL, and shackles for carrying loads.

I'm not too sure about the front wheel well. Mine looks like that but i dont think it was cut or anything. Usually trimming/pinch weld mod is dont to the rear of the wheel well where the cab is.

Wow. I've never seen a spindle balljoint spacer before. That's creative.

    305 is basically a 33x12.5

Lots of guys running those on 3" of lift.

OME, Toytec or Bilsteins will get you there.

Yes that does sucks that the drop bracket lifts require you to cut a section out of the rear crossmember. It can be returned to raise everything back up but requires you to have to piece that came out and weld it back in or some fabrication skills.

Now I'm all confused! If this is a Pro Comp 4" lift, then they used 3" blocks in the rear? If this is the case, what modern options do I have that keep me at 4" in the front to keep from having to drop $1K in new tires that will fit?

Lift isn't the same front and back for a level look most likely. Also this VVVV

You shouldn't have a problem fitting those tires on any 3" lift. If you really want, post up some pictures of how much the pinch weld behind the front tire is modified.

use an inch lower lift in the back to level the truck as well as lift. Since this is a DB lift you can use any stock height shock you want up front (EX. billy 5100 set to 0") By the look of upper control arm and cv angles you could probably run another 1-2" lift up front but your gona want to lift rear same amount.

To keep the kit cheap they used a ball joint spacer instead of taller spindles.

That's exactly what I was asking for. Looks like a clean pinch weld mod. So yes, remove that spacer lift and go with any good 3" lift. Shouldn't rub much depending on alignment and wheel backspacing. Read up on Old Man Emu, Toytec/Bilstien, nicer coilovers, etc. etc. No lack of info on that matter on this site.
