I'm looking into getting a fox 2.0 suspension and didn't want to lower my truck as everyone says I have a 3inch lift in the front and the fox says it only supports 2 can anyone help since I can't see anything else that would be lifting me other than the spacer?

Yup just a spacer.... if you get the fox set up, you should remove that spacer.

So really that mean I have about a 2 inch in front and should be totally fine with the 2" that the fox provides so I can still clear my 33 tires

The 1.5 inch spacer translates into 3 inches of lift.

You can add a 1/4 inch top plate spacer with the Fox setup to get a little extra height. Your stock springs have also likely sagged a little over time. Even if you lose a 1/2 inch in ride height the ride quality from the Fox stuff will make up for that!

I don't mind losing a little bit of lift, my concern is not being able to fit my tires as well and the fox 2.5 will cost another grand to get the 3" and I can't quite justify the extra cost as 80 percent of the time is highway travel 10 percent gravel roads and the rest offroading

Thanks for all the help everyone and just to confirm from the photos and measurements I have, I currently have a 3" lift? Also I have a second gen as I believe the third gens come with an inch already

Looks that way based on the spacer being approximately 1.5 inch in height. So if you add a 1/4 inch top plate spacer with the Fox stuff you will get an extra 1/2 inch of lift... you’ll love the Fox 2.0 gear. I ran it on my F150 and my JK and regretted not going Fox on my Tacoma’s, ran OME & Eibach which were significantly better than stock but not nearly as nice as the Fox stuff

Sounds like I will have to give them a try, I was really thinking about going with Bilstein or toytec been having such a hard time finding info on the 2.0 but got a couple ppl today really recommending them to me, also just found another post saying they cranked them to 2.5" and if I can add that 1/4 plate I might be able to keep most of my clearance, I'll have to update once I get them set up since I see a few post about them but not many answers

You’re literally going to smile yourself to tired smile muscles when you feel the difference from the stock stuff with spacers!!! Match the rear shocks when you can also! Just pay attention to extended lengths when doing the rears, make sure they are no less than 25 inches but preferably more

Actually pairing with the fox 2.0 rear with reservoirs 2-3" lift, I don't think they are extended travel but I'm getting everything for a good price so I may up grade parts of it at a later time but for now I couldn't pass up the deal

The rears will likely be in the 25inch area if for a 2-3 inch lift

Actually curious question I got a local offer for some used icons says they have about 10,000 miles on them and are stage 6 2.5 coil overs resi in front and rear but ucas as he is using them any recommendations if that's to many miles on a suspension and haven't done much research on icon, also the price is 1600
