What line is this on the rear drum?

    I can't believe these guys are misleading you like this...these are obviously ABS fluid lines for the rear wheels.

    Winch, front hitch, step bars, bed extender, bed step, gull-wing toolbox, tailgate lock, security system, cb radio, etc.
    Aah, go ahead and cut it the rest of the way through, followed by a quick drive, to find out for sure - what it is and whether it needs to be replaced. [​IMG]

    Seriously, like the others said, it's the manual parking brake cable. No problem with such minor damage (the rubber is just to keep the cable from rusting, which shouldn't be an issue since you didn't grind down to metal). The actual brake fluid lines are a bit better protected over the axle.

    As above, emergency brake cable. Steel shell with a rubber jacket to keep out water. As long as you didn't compromise the steel, the cable will be fine. Doesn't look like you made it through the rubber, if you had, all you would need is to seal it up.
