I have read countless threads on LT, who thinks what kit is the best, the maintenance involved and much much more.... but I thought I'd throw this out there to get everyone's 2 cents on what I'm considering. My choices are between Camburg, Dirt King, Total Chaos and LSK. I've done up all the work on cost but here is what I have as far as what I've read and researched. ( I have a 4x4 longbed btw)

Total Chaos is the most popular from what I've seen and read and they have the option of a +2 kit (rather than a +3.5) that I really like. Plus the option of bypasses and bumps.

Camburg is a +3.5 and their kit looks really snazzy as well but I'm not sure you can run bumps with bypasses (if I ever get to that point)

Dirt King also has a +3.5 kit (can run bypasses) that looks awesome but I dont know of many people that run that kit and dont know much about the company.

LSK has a kit that runs +4.5 (wide AF!) That looks absolutely stunning and has that beautifully fabricated spindle. It is by far the most expensive kit but I'm sure it rides like a dream.

All said and done I know that going LT comes with its ups and downs but I'm fully aware of that. I'm sure I'm missing info on some of the kits but bare with me.....I'm ready for the comments to roll in! Let me know what you think I should go with and why

Oh no..... lol. Ive been down that road plenty of times.

They are all great kits. I would do TC over camburg. And if i were you look into btf fab. Hes a super cool guy and built all my previous trucks, solid work, great customer service and very reasonable on price i bet he will come in below on price compared to the bigger name guys achieving same travel and everything else.

That LSK kit is beast haha, but get ready to go full kill on the rest of the truck to match the front. If I were you i would keep it simple. These new 4x4 trucks are not capable of big travel numbers and the rear would pull alot more out the front.

If you want a crazy go fast desert truck build a different platform.

But on your taco do a simple LT kit run a single coilover and bump up front, deaver pack and bypass in the rear, 35's and call it done.

And remember shock tuning is your best friend, numbers dont mean anything without a dialed truck

    get solo's kit, 6" over...

I just put Camburg's kit on my new truck (15 DCLB 4x4), went with the adjustable uppers, just the adjustable C/O. In the rear is from my last truck: Deaver SUA (U539/U540), Archive Garage's shock mounts and shackle hangers,2.5 RR 14".

Hasn't even been on dirt yet, but it rides nice on the street.

I went Camburg because everything was in stock and easy to get. If I had the time to wait for shocks to be built (King is about 6weeks) then I would of gone either Solo's 3.5" or TC's race kit. What ever you do definitely get adjustable uppers.

Pic because I just got it back from paint last Friday:

Ended up getting in contact with Brandon over at BTF and he was awesome to talk to. he gave me all the pricing and how long it would take to get it done. Once again thanks for pointing me in his direction, just have to get a few things in line and then I'm going to pull the trigger on it.

Yeah I cant wait to make the purchase and get things rolling. He said I would be running a stock spindle (gusseted of course) but I'm still happy with the price and overall his kits looks BITCHIN! It'll be nice to be running an LT kit that I don't see out there. Overall i just can't wait to see the finish product on my truck.
