I have a manual TRD Off Road with Premium & Tech - so no hideous chrome bumper. Does that make me close to a Manual Pro? :spy: I have a moon room too, which you can't get on a Pro.:boink:

Yes it specifies the highest gear but you would just shift it down to limit it lower

EDIT: (I didnt know that it would still go above it, but now that i actually read the thread i understand that it will shift up for safety reasons)

Here are a couple more differences which may or may not matter. Sport has color matched overfenders, Off Road has black ones. Sport and Off Road have different style wheels.

Actually you could get a functional hood

I like my scoop just fine the way it is it adds a look to the truck that you can only get with the Sport and dam sexy imo! If you are hard core off road the OR is for you! You will not have that big sexy tit in your fov for the rock crawling. The Sport is the luxury liner of the Taco models for everything in between but can off-road np with the 4x4 unit . I had a 06 OR and never ever used the rear diff lock lol. If you want more air get the Afe cold air intake with scoop. But why detune it while still under warranty?

But back to OPs ? It's sporting because it's just that ! Style, comfort , looks and handles like a car but is still versatile like a pickup. Best advice would be try um all and make your decision from there.

I negotiated with the dealer - it was tossed in for free. Waiting for Elon Musk's private trips to the moon to start up and then I can check out my new room. LOL, thanks for catching my typo.
