Literally everything, love the looks, love the cabin, love driving it. Totally satisfied

 

I enjoy mine, although I've done a few things to make it more to MY liking over stock config.
I don't beat the shit out of it off road, but that's where it makes me smile the most. Crawlin along in 4lo 1st gear, gettin her sideways slinging mud all over the mirrors, ooh that sound of the TCase whine.. something oddly satisfying.

 

the fact that i no longer have to drive my wife's high school toyota corolla anymore

 

I traded in my wife’s 1998 high school RAV4 for the Tacoma .. Toyota’s live too long lol, that RAV4 was still going strong!

 

right? i was close to 200k on that thing.

 

The blue seems to be polarizing just like the orange. People seem to love it or hate it. I love it.

I feel like I can go anywhere in it. To me that’s a priceless feeling.

 

Reliability. 2010 with 124,000 miles and the only unscheduled maint item was a carrier bearing. That might have been caused by the t-boning I got a few years back. I feel like I can take it deep in the mountains to secret fishing spots and not have to walk out 10+ miles. I like trips to Home Depot to pick up building supplies without fitting stuff in a trunk. Favorite thing is the simplicity of a DIY oil change.

 

Being able to go anywhere I want/need and not worry about it, and the modding potential is basically limited by only your wallet

 

After having a BMW X3 and constantly being told "If you wanted a reliable vehicle, you should have bought a Toyota." I took the advice.

Went from all the bells and whistles (which only worked intermittently) to a minimalist SR Utility and could not be happier. Maybe not the same level of performance, but I'm not forced to buy premium fuel, either.

I love all the replies so far and agree. I also love you can find anything you want to bolt on Tacos as mods AND Toyota already has the mounts, typically pre threaded!

 

The wheels, and better treads make the truck anything but basic. Sporty, and clean

 

Let's see... Overall size, appearance inside and out, enough to haul and tow what I want too, the color, reasonable gas milage and the fact the Toyota actually put a manual transmission behind something other than a useless 4 cylinder, unlike GM.

 

I like pretty much like everything about my truck especially the way it looks. The day I got it the wife looked at and said "I like it because it looks mean".

 

I haven’t seen a reply that I don’t agree with thus far. I absolutely love my truck. I loved it from the showroom to now. The small cosmetic changes just made it more my own and make me love it that much more. I have not had a true complaint about this truck yet. I have driven everything from a 78 F1-50 to a 16 civic and this is my favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned. Although this site keeps my wallet perpetually drained from mods that I “have” to do next!
