Damn! I only sh*t once a day. 2 tops if I'm lucky....I'm starting to think there is something wrong with me.

I'm lactose so anything with dairy normally does the trick. Some are worse than others. Whole milk, heavy cream or real butter are a big no no :p Cold Stone or real Mozzarella leaves me with a 20-30 min window before total colon blow

I love pizza and cheese but can only partake under certain circumstances.

Black Coffee or Bran cereal works fairly quickly also.

Morning coffee. I get to work around 8-8:30ish. I usually finish my coffee by 9 and I am dropping the kids off at the pool by 9:30. I eat lunch around 12 so usually around 2-3PM round 2 for the day happens. Then sometimes when I get home from work at 6:30ish.

I think I am lactose intolerant however I have never had a doctor tell me. Dairy never gives me the runs or anything, just gives me gas.

Also if I drink a coke when its hot outside and I am doing something outside strenuous...for some reason that sends me running to the pool shortly after. I can have a coke any other time though and be perfectly fine.

Coffee. After a cup of that, within 15 minutes to a half hour my ass needs to be over porcelain. Really makes it bad when I'm on a road trip.

A blizzard from Dairy Queen and then it is a race for the house. Every time i have one of those it sounds like a hailstorm over a farm pond. Sometimes I will take a shower just to feel clean again.

I also refuse to shit in someone elses toilet. If we are at my parent in law's I will leave and go to the gas station to shit.

Waffle House. I live in a small town with 'The Best Waffle House' in SW Michigan (now that's saying something!) and ocassionally will have breakfast meetings there or what not and man, hits me hard. I decided that if it's true, and you have miles of intestine in your body. Then the waffle house must be bouncing near the speed of sound cause I can barely make it a mile to home sometimes!
