    Nope. One of the lightest full suspension bikes money can buy. It weighs about 23 lbs and cost approx $6,000 brand new. To replace that now would cost $8,000.

    I recently bought a Specialized HardRock. Pretty nice bike. I am really satisfied with it.

    Just curious, why wouldn't you want a hard tail?

    I have been slowly becoming open to getting one. I just think I would feel funny not having any rear suspension and only front.

    I don't really believe my butt is on the seat half the time, so I can't tell the difference :eek: And around here, lots of roots and stupid terrain made me want rear suspension, but decided against it.

    Whatever you get man, I'm sure you'll like it, post up some pics.

    I guess I'll throw one in here. Kinda crappy, but you get the point. :D

    be careful of buying a bike sight unseen. the frame may be cracked.

    i would want to visually inspect before purchasing something you are going to "throw" down a hill with you on it

    So I just picked up a Cannondale Rize 3 -- Lefty... You can get good deals now because of the economy. I got upgraded brakes - Elixir-CF and 450.00 off the 2999 price. Pretty sweet. I will end up swapping some components as I beat the crap out of them but it's an awesome fs. Some much more comfortable then my F600 hard tail. :)

    It is sort of crazy. But once you start riding it all falls in nicely. Plus it is so much smoother than a normal fork... Looking forward to a lot of good riding with this one...

    yo man, I just got back from picking up my bike from the shop, which makes me think a little...

    How many bike shops you got around you? The place where I bought my bike has awesome customer satisfaction. (IMO) The guys that worked up there actually remembered my name, and agreed to go trail riding with me this weekend.

    I guess what I'm trying to say is, try to find a shop with good customer satisfaction. Oh and if they offer some type of warranty, you might think about getting it, depending on the price (if any) There is a possibility of it messing up. I mean, its only a mechanical device, and sometimes they fail. (knock on wood)
