I don’t know or think this truck will ever do any real off-roading just for context but I might one day do a lift and new tires.

i already broke one of the OEM flaps due to snow and driving through a ditch.

looking for replacements, looked at RokBlokz but even their CSR told me due to the side exhaust they might not work.

any suggestions? don’t want to break the bank but don’t want cheap looking flaps on such a pretty truck.

Would flexible be best or maybe just buy another set of OEM flaps?

My real concern with rigid flaps was possible damage to truck if they broke a certain way. Thoughts?

    thanks.

Get some replacement OEM ones and stop driving through ditches and you should be fine.

You can usually find brand new take offs here for pretty cheap.

    Also welcome to TW

RokBlokz makes great flaps for standard and oversized tires. Standard length and shorter length as well. They're a little on the pricier side, but worth it in my opinion. Check them out

Didn't see the part that you mentioned RokBlokz already, but I have them on my 2013 DCLB and they don't interfere with the side exhaust at all.

I have RokBlokz. No idea how the exhaust would have anything to do with them.

snowed where I live and was on a backroad with a snow plow coming at me. Moved over little more than I should have to the shoulder and after they passed I tried to get back on road but was too late. Didn’t have much choice but to send it and hope for the best. Stupid mistake but least it only messed up one flap.

as mentioned I read that since the OEM flaps are so stiff if I hit something the right way the flaps could break off messing up my wheel well. Just a bit concerned. Also if the flaps are prone to break period then an upgrade would be nice. Thanks.

I dont think the OEM ones would damage anything, but as others have stated, rokblokz or rekgen both make good flaps that will fit perfectly on there.
