Cherry bomb glasspacks are ricey and raspy. I'd suggest an CB Extreme (what I have in my 2.7) If you only have the choice between those two, I'd stay away from the dyno max; Then again I have no idea what sound your looking for. Just be prepared because glasspacks are loud and don't hold a deep tone. Btw Cherry bombs are cheap, but they certainly aren't shit. They get a bad rap...but I must admit I 'm not crazy about CB glasspacks on 4 or 6 cilinder trucks; but If you want that type of sound then go for it! It's your taco;) Good luck!

One of the main reasons why I never switched out my exhaust system is because I'm on the highway 50 miles a day traveling @ 75-80 mph. Whenever I see a four banger on the highway with modifed exhaust system, they always seem to be very loud crying out "rice burner".

I got a Magnaflow 4x9x14 just last week on my 4.0L V6. To ricey sounding in the cab for me, this is on my v6 mind you. Going back to the shop today hopefully to have them swap it for a 5x8x18. To bad I have to spend another $160. I don't like having a truck sound like a Civic with a grapefruit shooter on the back just isn't my thing. To each his own though.

I see your point, but the exhaust on my truck has melloed out alot. it only gets really loud when I actually step on the gas. About 2000 RPMs is when it REALLY gets loud, highway speeds, its pretty quiet.
