What! No Taco wave?

Be careful when doing that Taco wave in New York. It's very similar to the wave that dudes use when they're looking to give out HJ's. Trust me, I found out the hard way. Took me an extra half hour to get home.

A few years ago after a jeep club or maybe several invaded the state forest I was bow hunting (quota hunt) in and driving all over the place having a party and making ALL the animals hide the only wave I will give is to jeeps is the second digit salute.
Where I live there are so many Tacomas on the rode if I waved to all I'd likely not be paying attention to my driving and be like all the texted NOT taking driving seriously.

Haha I had step bars on mine when I first got it, but because my father in law was in failing health and they helped him get in and out of the truck despite it being a 2WD

Otherwise, it could lead to a 30 minute drive running away from someone who got the wrong message.

 

I'll admit it looked dorky given that the truck isn't high up. By the time I had acquired it he was in the later stage of Alzheimer's and his balance was not the best. I was at least once a week taking him to and from dialysis in my truck for a few years while he was in failing health.

 

definitely valid reasons! I had them when I bought mine too. They helped my daughter(she's 3) but I still pulled them. I think she likes the challenge of climbing in better anyways...Lol!

 

Definitely challenge is good for young'uns.

Hands look too clean to be a machinist.

 

Machinist in the railroad world means locomotive mechanic. Mechanics can have clean hands too! I still eat with these mitts and don't enjoy oil and coolant with my meals. But defintely am a railroad Machinist
