So I have an 03 PreRunner Dbl cab with the factory 6 lug 16x7 rims. My original tire size was 265/70r16 but I recently moved up to 285/75r16 and now my tires rub up against the frame rail on full lock a decent amount (see attached picture). They don't rub the control arms but are a bit too close for comfort. What size offset should I get for new rims?

I don't know jack shit about offset and my buddies told me 12 but they're kinda bro's and I don't want my wheels sticking a foot out from my fenders lol

So I thought I'd run over to TW where I always get the help I need!

    OP,
Go with a wheel with 3.5" BS or the cheaper route using longer studs and 1" spacers. Both will get you clearance from your UCA.

    Good luck.
