Other than mounting a GoPro or a dash cam, what other uses have you given the GoPro mount?

I don't have a go pro and I don't like the way dash cams look hanging from the mount. I prefer dash cams that go right up against the windshield and have less of a profile.

    I have one of these:

and I have one of these:

Maybe I should get one of these and have a cool app running on a dedicated phone no longer in use:

Well I guess the non-response answers my question. :(

As far as cool apps to run......I ran this one on my iPhone for comparison of the speedometer.

Gonna run it again after getting the new tires on there...to see the difference.

Also for what it’s worth i have that setup (Ram phone mount) i run on my Unholey Dash Mount from @wileydavis and Hondo Garage it’s awsome holds the phone great. I was debating running my Garmin InReach up there on a Ram Mount. But I’m not sure if it’s too far away to be practical. I’ve seen some guys run GPS receivers for iPads up on it.

I have an Inreach as well. I may mount it. I'm getting another 3.69" extension to bring whatever I mount closer to the rearview mirror.
