My mechanic buddy can’t find this washer. Said it was the bolt, washer and nut holding the transfer case to frame. Not certain if it is or not but trying to get order some of these.

I guess I need to crawl under my truck more often?
I thought the transfer case was bolted to the transmission, and the transmission was bolted to the frame.
I will have to take a look tomorrow, I can’t seem to understand what you are referring to?

Can you get a picture? Or more precise location?

That doesn't look like the correct washer for the transfercase. Are you sure you don't mean front diff?

Stopper? LOL, Stop it from what? falling out?

Actually.... the more I think about it the more it makes sense, if that bushing failed then there would be nothing holding that part of the diff in place and the washer looks big enough to cover up the hole so it would not "fall out"

    Not that I recall.
It’s been a while since I had mine off.
But I remember the bolts for the skid / guard weren’t that long.
Pretty sure they connect to the cross member.

Thanks I deleted the post since I relooked at the pics and I think it is the stopped. Thoughts on using a grade 8 bolt and fender washers since that parts not in.

Maybe, but you’ll probably need to figure out a “spacer” between the washer and bushing.
Other wise you’re probably just going to cave the washer in. It’s worth trying.
Just make sure the washer is as big as the bushing.

Maybe use smaller washer under the big washer as spacers?

I was just thinking of that. Stack different diameter washers but need to find them.

    I crawled under and looked.
The skid bolts go into the cross members.

1st picture is rear skid - front mounting bolt.
2nd picture is rear skid - rear mounting bolt.
