What percent tint do you have and how much was it?

there was a place of redlands blvd by hospitality you can see of the 10 that did my gmc sonoma for 100 with 3m lifetime... i forget the place as ive moved away... but yeah... i just got my tacoma with the darkest the shop had which is pretty dang dark up here in reno for 99 dollars for the back 3 of an access cab for 80 for lifetime, but i had some other work done at the shop so i got a discount

 

If I got the two front windows done at 20% would it match with the stock back windows?
Aren't they 20%?

 

15% on my fronts just to match the back. It matches perfectly. 60 bucks w/ lifetime warranty.

 

Also, is there already really light tint on the front two from the factory? If so, do I just tint over it?

 

I got 35% on the front; Pinnacle 35. It measures out at 31.8% in front. $100 installed, which is more than others are posting here, but the Pinnacle is a premium product.

 

Any more details on this story?? lol What are the tint laws in FL?

 

5% in the back and 10 in the front windows. $120 with sunroof at 5%.

Going to redo it to double limo in the rear and 5 up front. I don't want people looking into my truck

Does anybody know if the privacy glass on our trucks blocks UV?
I want to tint the front to match the rear but will add to the rear if it does not block UV.

I don't have much, I just had the front windows done to match the rears. That was only $100 but it seems as if I might've gotten a deal.

To be honest, I don't think its dark enough!

asking how much tint costs is a loaded question. Tint cost different in every location of the country. Miama, FL for instance you can get an entire car done for 100- but up here in northern ny your looking at 250-300. all depends on location

 

Mine has the 20% on the back and 35% on the front, as per maximum allowed under TX law. Mine was already installed as one of the gulf states region appearance add ons.

 

I've got a guy figuring me up an estimate on doing up the fronts but I've gotta keep 70% light pass thru because of the law. Plus im a mechanic so I have to inspect the thing so I could get away with it there... maybe.

 

35% on front, rears are factory privacy glass...$50

 

20% Front windows, 5% all back windows and 50% windshield paid 105$ for all

Here is a shot of inside looking through windshield, having windshield tinted (although illegal in most states, which i have never caught any trouble over) really helps in keeping the inside cool, dont have to run the a/c as hard, as you can see, you can barely notice that its tinted
