My girlfriend genuinely likes my Tacoma a lot more than the Merc I had. She likes that I can take her wherever and not bitch about getting it dirty. She doesn't like that she thinks that I may or may not love it more than her

 

The storage behind and underneath the back seats. I had no idea that was a feature. (I've since realized my salesman wasn't a very knowledgeable fellow despite claiming he was once the general manager of a Toyota dealership.) Anyway, it's great to be able to store tools, a first aid kit, work gloves, carpet mats and all sorts of other stuff there.

 

These sound like confessions or solemn realizations. And I feel the same

 

Pleasantly surprised (after 36 months) just how easy it was to swap out the head unit and shed myself of the disaster that was Entune.

 

I found 1250 rounds of SA Surplus 7.62x51 mm while going thru the grage the other day.

 

I do love that feature. My towing rig, Ford F250 seems to unlock itself when Im not around. Very annoying.

 

I found out how tough they are after hitting a tree stump at 20mph. All she needed was an alignment!

 

Heated side mirrors. Bought my Tacoma October 2019 and that winter scraped the ice off my side mirrors .. until I read on TW I had heated mirrors

 

It’s driving me crazy

 

Storage space in the cab sucks, but there is enough gap below the rear seat backs to fit most 1/2L water bottles. I got 3L of spare water stashed in that dead space.

 

My current gf threw up in mine. She went a little heavy on the vodka/Sprites one night.

Fun fact: My last 3 brand new vehicles (including this Taco), someone has thrown up in/on.
