Buying the 3rd gen. I almost made it a year before trading it in. I should have just started with what better suited my life

Last summer I sold my 2012 TRDOR access cab and bought an ‘89 4runner thinking I would save a car payment for a while. Long story short, that plan did not go well and by the time it was all said and done I lost about 4K. Then I bought a new pro. Thank goodness for plentiful overtime.

I have to admit...the power wagon is pretty bad ass.

I am extremely happy with it so far. Toyota should be taking notes on how to equip a truck designed for off road

Same here. Sometimes i feel left out. But i wouldn't wanna take a brand new truck off roading anyways.

For the record, I love my 2016 4runner more than my Tacoma any day of the week. Glad I kept it instead of selling it

Sometimes I feel like I regret it and then I remember I would regret having to clean dog hair out of a double cab more and I would regret having more space to taxi people around with, I'm fine with having only one other person in my truck lol.

That's a sweet ride right there. My next purchase will be a 2019 4 runner TRDOR. No safety sense and last 4.0/A750 combo there will ever be.

I regret nothing but that's because I always planned for this to be weekend toy/utility truck vs. full- time daily driver with two kids. If that were the case, I'd have a litany of regrets.

As you know the AC is 4 doors, as well. Plus, opens up completely compared to the DC. But dc is 13” longer inside
