How do OMEs compare to Bilstein 5100's? Is there a performance reason that people choose Billies over the OMEs? Or do most people go with Billies because they think $=quality?

Most people just say OME but dont' say a reason why. Anyone with experience with both brands that can give an actual performance comparison?

Also, anyone with experience, how do the OMEs compare to the Icons from a performance standpoint?

I think this might be some helpful information to help the OP make a decision.

    265/75 is only 31.6 and 285/75/16 is like 32.6-32.8 I think

Ive had blisteins, full ome kit, full king set, rancho and fox. In my experience, there was a definite increase in quality as you increase in price.

That being said, I thought the full ome lift was an excellent quality and performing lift for the money. I liked the full ome because you got shocks/struts, springs and leafs that were all designed to work together in one kit. I thought the handling on road and clean and consistent. I did not get to take it offroad other than a dirt trail but I am confident it would have done well.
