Thanks guys, I got back about 45 minutes ago but I got there, did the whole thing, drove it with him, and then came back and finished up teh case. The only thing Mazda could say was "dealer didn't find anything" and "we don't think it qualifies"...so hopefully it'll go my way since the state doesn't do compensation (that'd be me suing them) and yea...in 2-3 weeks I'll know.
    Hoping for the best.

    Thanks!
I think it did, the manufacturer really had nothing else to say other than what is in my other post or "it's genetic with Mazdas" but they also said there (like every Mazda dealer until they don't fix anything) should not be rattles and things and those should be fixed.
I really don't know how well it went until I get the verdict. It's gonna be a long 2-3 weeks...

Yep...I'm done. Who wants to go shoot up Mazda HQ?

I got my verdict from the BBB and I made it very clear when giving my demands for settlement that it was either:
    A) Reimburse me my damn money
    B) Fix your shitty car ANDPROVIDE ME WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY
This arbitrator comes back with option B...well, ok because nothing will ever get fixed...so sure, I'll take a field technician from Mazda North Am. HQ to work on the car and I'll take a loaner while they have it. But nowhere in the damn thing does it say ANYTHING AT ALL about fixing my transmission. One of my TOP TWO issues isn't even on the fix it list in my arbitration verdict! WTF!?!?!?!?!? Then it goes on to say that "No extended car care will be awarded at this time"?!?!?!?!??! THAT WAS PART OF THE SETTLEMENT GOING THIS DIRECTION!!!!!!!!!

I don't know how the fuck I got shafted by Mazda this time or this bad. But I swear that if they come out here and they don't fix the thing to MY liking I am going to be pissed. And I mean PISSED.

I just can't believe that a person with so much evidence pointing towards the car being shit and them having ZERO customer appreciation still loses in a case like this. Have we seriously become so into giving big business what they want in this country? I mean all they said was "dealer could not duplicate" or "it's genetic", in my eyes that is hardly enough evidence or testimony for them to win. I walked in with papers Mazda never had on record, with parts that literally fell out of places on the car, with shit that specifically says other people who have no relation with me have experienced it being crap too...and Mazda still wins???? I'm sorry but I don't possibly see how that is "fair and just" as our corrupt legal system thinks it is.

    off.

That just sucks ass man! There's got to be a way of handling this to your benefit if it isn't fixed to reliable operational level. Other than that, it would be worth buying an extended warranty from someone else so mazda doesn't get the money & be sure that anytime it fails, it's right back there at the same dealer wasting their space, time and money as your preferred authorized mazda repair center with your new warranty. Make sure it's got loaner car coverage. Make sure it's more a pain in their ass than it is to yours. Break even my brotha........it may take some work but at this point I'd say do it.

It's up for sale. I'm done. I want my Tacoma already. I'm trying to get $20,995, we'll see. I'm just sick of their constant "can't find anything" always talking down to the customer...just everything.
I tried to shaft Mazda, they shafted me.

    I wanted:
    A) Reimburse me my damn money
    or
    B) Fix your shitty carANDPROVIDE ME WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY

    They gave:
Fix it with field technician. Nothing about the transmission.

Bottom line: I got shafted when my case was pretty much foolproof. :( Oh well, time to sell.
