Thinking of adding some Rock Lights to the Taco (2019 DCSB OR) and hooking into my Switch Pro. As with most mods, I typically would spend a little more for a longer lasting, better made product. But, I am by far no expert.

I am thinking of the R4T/YotaMafia set up but looking at what others are rocking. I don't think I will be doing an Amazon special, the few I have talked to had to replace within a few months. Plan on just plain white lights.

    Tanks for your responses.

None. Entirely too many mosquitos here to justify my truck looking cute in the dark.

Anybody mount your front cyclones here. maybe magnets, but I want to try to utilize these holes but they’re not threaded and just trying to figure the best route

That’s exactly where I mounted my cyclones with the included brackets.

I installed 6. Pics inbound. The light they give off is crazy good! I got a custom harness piggyback from a forum member that seamlessly plugs into the cargo light switch. That way when I unlock remotely they come on. As well as when a door is opened or the cargo switch is pushed in the on position. Or you can switch them completely off with the same switch.

The first two photos are from the location up front drivers side that you asked about. You can remove silver bolt you see in the photo and slide out that section which gives you access to the hole for the bracket you see in photo 2. Photo 3 is the driver side middle of the truck. It’s mounted to the frame support that goes over the carrier bearing just forward of the gas tank skid. The last photo is driver side rear. This is up in the corner. All of the holes were existing. Didn’t need to drill anything. Pretty much the same locations on the passenger side. I didn’t see the need to add those photos. But if you want them just say so.

Also, if you go with the cyclones the kit will not have long enough wires. So make sure you pick up a small spool before you start the project if you don’t have any on hand.

Are the Baja Designs lights worth it? I will know eventually when I wire them up. Definitely gonna need a switch pros when the rock lights go on.

I do not know anyone who has them personally. Based off all the reviews, the KC Cyclones are perfect for my truck. I couldn't imagine all the wiring I have without the switch pro.
