What roof rack should I buy for mounting kayaks? I don't have a bed cap.

You can Google 'hitch mounted bed extender' and get all kinds of shopping options.

Here is one. I only have the boards I made in the bed to allow the yaks to sit over the fender wells. They are narrow (26") and will sit side by side, rubbing neither the bed or each other this way.

The foam on the extender is just to level it them up a bit to align better with the boards.

When I use one yak, I don't use the boards and mount the T of the extender down lower.

I have a Rola bed rack.
only pic I've got of the kayaks on it, GF's is 12'6" and probably 35-40lbs, mine is a 16' that I believe is just under 60 lbs.

Keeps the bed free, easy enough to load/unload, good for ladders, lumber etc as well.
