My rear passenger door was missing those little round black bumpers that keep the door from slamming. They replaced free of charge.

Before I forget, do a walk around inspection and make sure any scratch or chip is documented. Also if there is any dents, make sure that's documented. Similar to how you do when you rent a rental car.

This sounds like an OCD thing but my truck had a scratch and a few chips. I noticed the scratch before I took possesion, but the chips I didn't notice. The dealership wrote me a We Owe You Service slip.

Don't forget to have fun getting your new truck. And don't forget to enjoy it once you get it.

If you get into a situation at the dealership you could post a question and someone on this site will probably be able to respond in real time. I've seen posts of people who were stuck somewhere and folks on here were able to help them pretty quickly.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
I put Mcguires gold car wash in a spray bottle and squirt it on the truck and a car wash brush then start rinsing it down. Start from the top down get it nice and clean rinse it off and use microfiber cloth to dry it and once that's done use a paint sealer then wax it. Use damp microfiber to remove the dried wax
