What should i do for load range and speed rating?

OME, ARB, Warn, Snugtop XV

ALright so im looking at getting some new rubber for my 06 DC LB, currently running 265/70/16 cooper STR's with 886 coils and 5100's up front with the ARB winch bumper and warn m8000 winch. the rear just has a 2inch block, lame i know...since i have enough room for some 33"s now, my top two choices were either going with cooper STT's or BFG AT KO's in 285/75/16, but i have no idea what speed rating or load range to get any advice on that would be GREATLY appreciated, also if you have any other suggestions for tires please post them! thanks in advance
